    North Hykeham Library is set to become a community hub and to enable this to take place, there will be a brief change-over period, with Monday 21 September being the last day of LCC operation. During this time, services can be accessed at Lincoln Central Library.

    The new volunteer-run facilities will be run by North Hykeham Town Council and they will receive ongoing financial and professional support from the County Council.
