Procurement Policy
Lincolnshire County Council's procurement policy outlines the 'what', 'when', 'who' and 'where' elements.
This should not get mixed up with Corporate Procurement Strategy, which outlines the overall corporate direction for procurement or procurement procedures which sets out how a series of related tasks should be carried out.
The procurement policy is mainly contained within Contract Regulations. The link to the Council's Contract regulations is in the 'Related Pages' section. Procurement policy will cover elements such as;
- best value
- roles and responsibilities
- equal opportunity
- corporate social responsibility
- risk management
- project management
- contract management and
- performance monitoring
