Much of the basic information in this database has been taken from the book 'Lincolnshire Convicts to Australia, Bermuda and Gibraltar: A Study of 2000 Convicts' by CL Anderson (ISBN 0 950 080 38 1).
This database does not include those convicts who were sentenced to transportation but who do not appear to have left the country.
The databases are the result of an on-going project, and will be updated as new information is uncovered.
