Photographic images are occasionally used for journalistic or artistic purposes. Whenever possible the parish, community, councillor or LCC obtains (either directly or via third parties) the express permission for images of people to be used on the web. However, this is not always possible for group photographs.
Should a member of the public object to their image being contained in any such photograph they should contact email@example.com describing where on the site the image is or better still providing the URL (web address) of the page and the photograph will be removed.
Summary of technical terms used in these Terms and Conditions
Used to locate and display Web pages via a software application. The most popular ones are Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer.
