Revised Agenda with the inclusion of item 12 ‘Call-in of decision of the Executive relation to consultation on the impact of Personalisation on Social Care Directly Provided Services’, which went to the Overview and Scrutiny Management Board on 29 September 2011 and has been requested that the Executive reconsider its decision made on 6 September 2011.
