Lincolnshire County Council-Notice of Public Rights-Audit of Accounts
The 2010/11 accounts for Lincolnshire County Council are to be audited by the Audit Commission on 18 July 2011. Under the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2011 members of the public and local government electors have certain rights in the audit process. Any person has the rights to inspect the accounts and make copies of all books, contracts and vouchers etc relating to the accounting statements. For the year ended 31st March 2011, these documents will be available between 20 June 2011 and 15 July 2011 at the offices of Mouchel. The appointed auditor can be contacted on 18 July until the audit has been completed. A copy of the Notice is provided below.

The Council’s Audit was completed on 31 October 2011. A local government elector for the area of the Council, may inspect and/or take copies of the Statement of Accounts 2010-11. Further details can be found in the Notice published below.
Joint Planning Unit-Notice of Public Rights-Audit of Accounts:-
The 2010/11 accounts for the Joint Planning Unit are to be audited by Clements Keys, appointed by the Audit Commission on 1st August 2011. Under the Accounts and Audit Regulations 2011 members of the public and local government electors have certain rights in the audit process. Any person has the rights to inspect the accounts and make copies of all books, contracts and vouchers etc relating to the accounting statements. For the year ended 31st March 2011, these documents will be available between 1st July 2011 and 28 July 2011 at North Kesteven District Council offices. The appointed auditor can be contacted on 1st August until the audit has been completed. A copy of the Notice is provided below.

The Audit for the above was concluded on 30 September 2011 by Clement Keys. A local government elector for the Parish may inspect or take copies of the Statement of Accounts and Auditors’ Certificate and Report. Further details can be found in the Notice published below.
