Leisure Activities

Looking for leisure activities or something for your children to do?

The Family Information Service has a range of information about a range of leisure activities and events that young people can get involved with.

We produce:

  • Boredom Busters - a guide full of low cost or free activities for all the family. Download a copy here or contact us to request a booklet.
  • What’s On Guide for the summer holidays - with events and things to do across the county. This is normally ready just before the start of the summer holidays and will be available here to download. If you send us your email address we can let you know when it is ready.

Contact us for more information about leisure activities near you.

www.teeninfolincs.co.uk will have list of activities that take place mainly in Lincolnshire. It provides information on activities that any young person can take part in after school, evenings, weekends and in school holidays.

There are a wide range of websites full of activity ideas as well as local sources of information such as schools, church halls and Children’s Centres. The Family Information Service can provide details of things to do locally, or you can search the Family Services Directory for activities and events in your area.

We can also look for Short Breaks activities in your area, if you have a child or young person with a disability, or you can search on-line at www.cwdsi.co.uk and scroll down to “Short Breaks”.
