Parentline Plus

Raising a family can be the greatest thing in the world, but it’s not the easiest of jobs. Everyday there are challenges and demands. Sometimes, it’s difficult to know who to turn to. Parentline Plus is a national charity set up in response to your needs as a parent, and offers services for parents and carers, which are often run by parents and carers themselves.

Parentline Plus has a 24 hour helpline, available to any parent/carer, which is free and confidential, you can contact them on 0808 800 2222.

Extended Telephone Support is available for parents or carers with long standing problems who are ready to seek support to help tackle their concerns. This service is only available by referral by a practitioner.

Parentline Plus also has a social networking website for parents/carers of teenagers. Its aim is to bring together parents/carers to share experiences, swap tips, and support one another through the challenges and successes of parenting and caring for teenagers.
