Welcome to the Family Group Conference Service (FGC) in Lincolnshire.
What is Family Group Conferencing?
It is a family led decision-making and planning process in which families are able to meet together to find solutions to problems that they and their children are facing, within a professionally supportive framework. At FGC, family members have the opportunity to get together to make the best plan possible for their children’s welfare and future well-being.

How do I make a request for Family Group Conferencing?
Practitioners and parents can request the service via the Customer Service Centre, Tel No: 01522 782111. Social care staff with access to ICS make a referral by completing the FGC questionnaire on ICS and forwarding a task within ICS to Valerie Libiszewski, Principal Family Group Conference Co-ordinator.
