| The Admission Authority for the school will inform you that they are unable to offer your child a place. |
| Tell the school or Local Authority that you want to appeal. |
| Your appeal should be acknowledged within five working days. If you do not receive an acknowledgement please contact the Admission Authority for the school. |
| A date for your appeal will be arranged. |
| At least seven working days before the appeal you will be informed of the date, time and venue. |
| You need to telephone and confirm that you are able to attend the appeal. |
| At least seven working days before the appeal you will receive the Admission Authority’s appeal statement explaining why your child has not been admitted. |
| At least three working days before the appeal you will receive the names of the Panel Members and Clerk. |
| On the day of the appeal, please remember to bring everything relating to your appeal. |
| You will be notified in writing of the Appeal Panel’s decision. |
