Council Services:

Things to do

Lincolnshire has an array of activities and events for children that are available all year round, ranging from fun days and workshops to shows and drop in activities.

The Family Information Service (FIS) can look for family activities in your area from sports clubs to dance classes. Every school holiday they produce a What’s On Guide of events and activities across the county, the biggest being the one for the summer holidays. The What’s On Guide can be downloaded from the FIS homepage just before the end of term.

www.teeninfolincs.co.uk will soon have information about activities that take place mainly in Lincolnshire. It will provide information on activities that any young person can take part in after school, evenings, weekends and in school holidays.

Use our Family Services Directory, your online guide to services, family events and information on local organisations for parents, practitioners, children, young people, partners & providers.

The Family Information Service covers a wide range of services through the variety of information it provides, and may be able to help find something just right!

They also have information on other events and activities, including Short Breaks activities for children with disabilities.

Children’s Centres also have a wide range of activities for families - for your nearest Centre contact the Family Information Service or go on-line.

Other local sources of events and activities are listed in the Links area.
