Notes:
See and hear the centuries old stone grinding process and enjoy views of the Lincolnshire Wolds. A full range of stone ground flours (milled from organic wheat) is available, also cereals, exclusive preserves and cakes. The old Sail Shed is now a Tea Room and antiques are on sale in the old Engine House.
Directions:
From the A16, join the A1104 at Ulceby Cross roundabout. Pass through Alford and the mill is on your left just before you leave town in the direction of Mablethorpe.
Times:
Open: 10am to 5pm (Sunday: 11am to 5pm) as follows:- April, May, June & October: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; July - September: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday; November - March: (Closing at 4pm): Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday. Closed 24th December to 1st January inclusive.
Admission:
Admission charged: Adults £2.75, Accompanied child £1.75, Seniors £2.25. School visits and groups welcome.
Access:
Toilets; grounds and Tea room full wheelchair accessible.
