The owner and shop assistant of a Lincoln shop have been successfully prosecuted for selling counterfeit tobacco, after raids by Lincolnshire Trading Standards, HMRC and Lincolnshire Police in January 2013.
Lincolnshire Trading Standards is advising people to check charities are legitimate before donating.
