Contacts
Lincolnshire Social Services has procedures in place in the event of an existing customer being reported missing, or out of contact for a period of time.
What happens if a social services customer is missing or loses touch with the organisation?
Lincolnshire Social Services has procedures in place in the event of an existing customer being reported missing, or out of contact for a period of time. If you receive a home care service and there is no answer when the home care provider calls then they will notify the local social services office. If you use residential, nursing care or attend a day service, the providers will have their own procedure to manage the situation
What can I do if I am concerned about someone who is missing?
If you are concerned about a friend, relative or neighbour who is a social services customer, please contact the local police station or social services office. Or you can telephone 01522 552222 and ask for Social Care - Adults.
