Working Together
"It is very important that the public, people who use our services, their families and carers, have a clear means to share their views and opinions about what we do and participate in shaping the services they receive"
Carolyn Kus, Assistant Director Adult Social Care, Strategic Commissioning and Performance
"It's a chance for the people on the receiving end of services to offer advice. Whatever social services are setting up, they think they understand what it's like to be a service user, but there's no substitute for talking to people themselves"
Lyn Hobday, Someone who uses Adult Social Care Services
