Welcome to the Adult Social Care Providers section.
Please see downloads tab for the press release regarding the planned closure of our three care homes in Nettleham, Sleaford and Grantham. We have been working with many of you already to establish the capacity within the market, and new ideas under development to support people to remain independent.
We intend holding market place events in all three areas in the near future to give local people the opportunity to meet you and see what services they will want to access. We will put details on here and also email everyone on our contact lists. It is therefore really important that we have up to date information about the services you offer and how people can contact you to learn more.
We will develop information packs for each home and for each person who has used their services within the last year. Please provide leaflets or any information you would like us to place into these packs.
