Archives Visiting Information

Visiting the Archives

You are welcome to visit the search room to look at the archives and reference books for your own research. Why not also come to one of the talks or exhibitions held in our lecture room from time to time? The lecture room is also the venue for classes and events held by other organisations, such as the WEA.

Please check our opening hours and search room reader ticket and booking systems before making your journey.

Ordering documents

To order up to 6 documents in advance of your visit please email archive.bookings@lincolnshire.gov.uk with the full reference for each document (see Lincs to the Past website).

If you do not know whether we have a particular document please ring 01522 782040 and ask to speak to the Search Room staff.
