Lecture Room Hire

To download or print the Lecture Room application form, see Downloads.

However, if you are applying for the first time, please read the following advice.

The Lecture Room is available to external groups for hire. The venue is suitable for organised groups, but not for public meetings or events where continuous access is required.

It is a large fully carpeted room (115sq.m.) on the first floor overlooking St Rumbold Street to the south. Access is by lift (not in the event of emergency building evacuation) or staircase through security controlled doors.

Toilets are within the suite.

Capacity: 60 people theatre-style or 30 people conference-style with tables.

The facilities are suitable for disabled people.

Access arrangements: the group organiser will register the group at Reception and inform staff of any disabled persons who are likely to need assistance in the event of a building evacuation emergency.
