Health & Well-being is a state of physical, mental, psychological and/or emotional health which contributes to the individual states of life satisfaction, happiness and welfare.
The Health & Well-being team aims to tackle health and social inequalities by providing tangible health benefits. The team is committed to working in partnership with members of the public, businesses and other organisations to deliver services and provide opportunities to improve the health & well-being of residents and visitors of Lincolnshire.

Health and Well-being Fund
The Health and Wellbeing Fund helps to improve peoples lifestyle.

First Contact
Helping people aged 60 and over to access information and advice to stay safe in their home.

Everybody Benefits
Councils and organisations working together to promote a host of services for older people.

Prevention
The Prevention Strategy was launched in 2010 to help people stay independent in Lincolnshire.

Drugs and Alcohol
The Drug and Alcohol Action Team aim to improve the quality of life of all our communities.

Health and Well-being Board
Health and Wellbeing Boards will give power to councils and those they work with to improve the wellbeing of local people.

Wellbeing Support Network
A new model of service that underpins the formal provision of more joined up and personalised “support” services.
