We are Listening...

The Learning Service gathers information about the quality of its learning from learners through the learner evaluation form.

Over the last year The Learning Service has also run a number of Learner Focus Groups. During the evaluation process undertaken in the 2007-08 academic year various questions, comments and concerns were raised.

We have taken a selection from these evaluations, both paper based and via our focus groups to update you on what has been achieved.

For more information please the attached document 'We Are Listening' in the Downloads section of this page.
