Talks and Group Visits

Hire of the Lecture Room

Please contact the Archives concerning the availability of the Lecture Room. Please ask for an application form with further details of hire times, facilities, equipment and the conditions of hire.

£10.00 per hour for charities/ community groups, £20.00 per hour for business/commercial use.

Research Services

General Research:

Please ask for further details and an order form. The maximum order at any one time is 2 hours.

£24.00 per hour (UK/EC includes postage & VAT, overseas includes postage)

Document & Index Search:

This service applies to requests for information from a specified original source.

Please ask for an order form. Orders are normally completed within 2 weeks.

£8.00per document searched (UK/EC includes postage & VAT; overseas includes postage)

Specialised research:

This service may involve the specialist skills of archivists:

£32.00per hour (UK/EC includes postage & VAT, overseas includes postage)

Please note that this rate is charged for research into potentially sensitive records. The rate may be charged as parts of an hour: £8, £16 or £24.00 according to the time spent.

Certificates

Baptism (Church of England, Lincoln Diocese) Archbishop's Council set fee: £12.00 + postage.

Certification of copies is £3.55 (no VAT) per document

Digital Cameras in Search Room

£5 per day and £50 annual permit

Reproduction Fees

Fees may be payable when there is a request to reproduce a copy of an item that is held in the custody of Lincolnshire Archives in a publication of any format. Permission to reproduce depends upon the wishes of the copyright owner/owner of documents. See separate scale of fees.

Copies of Lists/Indexes; Computer Printouts

Lists/indexes: 10p per A4 side + postage. Please ask for a separate Order Forms for these services.
