For over 10 years many individuals throughout Lincolnshire have benefited from the European Social Fund (ESF).
The fund is designed to help up-skill beneficiaries, thereby achieving the following objectives:-
- helping individuals become work ready, and able to enter the job market
- helping individuals reach a higher qualification level, enabling them to meet the needs of employers
- helping employers up-skill their work force, so as to meet the needs of the organisation.
A new ESF Co-financing programme was launched in 2007 and will run until 2013. The pages in this section provide more information on the current programme. We will provide regular updates, so please come back soon!
