The main objective of this service is to help people aged between 18 and 64 who have a physical disability or sensory impairment to maintain their independence. By living in their own homes and communities, and when we can, to help remove the barriers which stand in the way of them pursuing their chosen lifestyle.
If you have a physical disability or a long term illness, Lincolnshire Social Services and other organisations can provide a range of services, support and advice to help you live as independently as possible in your own home.
We also provide services to help the person who looks after you, who we call your carer. More information on our services for people with physical disabilities is available in our leaflet A Guide to Services for People with a Physical Disability, it is also available from any Social Services office.
