A-Z of Council Services:

The Lincolnshire County Council Committee Records service is designed to help the public keep track of the decisions made by Councillors. By using our search facility (see link on the right) you will be able to monitor the meetings, agendas, reports and minutes from our Committees.

Committees are cross-party teams of councillors that control certain aspects of policy in the County. For instance, Education, Social Care and Finance are just three areas that each have a Policy Development Group that oversees them.

Please be aware that reports detailed on some agendas contain exempt or confidential information. As a member of the public, you will not be able to view these reports.

The Forward Plan of Executive Decisions is prepared and published monthly by the Leader of the Council and covers a period of four months beginning with the first working day of any month.  The Forward Plan must be published at least 14 clear working days before the start of the period covered therefore an annual notice is displayed in the County News detailing the dates when the Forward Plan will be published and made available to the public.
