A-Z of Council Services:

With over 90 countywide providers the Programme offers thousands of vulnerable people in Lincolnshire support to live independently.

Our Mission Statement:
  • To Commission high quality housing related support services that meet community needs
  • To involve and engage with providers, stakeholders and people who receive services, to develop and maintain dynamic cost effective and needs led services that are fit for purpose
  • To utilise and develop the skills, experience and knowledge of team members to deliver a high quality, progressive and inspirational programme

What is Supporting People?

Supporting People is a Government programme that began in April 2003.

We help people live in their home with greater independence. We do this by funding organisations that offer housing related support services. We don't provide the services ourselves.

We're given a grant by the Department for Communities and Local Government each year. We use this to fund our work.
