Census returns for all Lincolnshire parishes (unless otherwise stated) are held at Lincoln Central Library.

Boston, Gainsborough, Grantham, Horncastle, Louth, Skegness, Sleaford, Spalding, and Stamford Libraries all hold census returns for their own catchment areas.

The census is available at these libraries on microfiche. It is essential to contact the relevant library in advance to reserve a machine.
