Adult Social Care

Lincolnshire Adult Care provides a range of services for people aged 18 and over living in Lincolnshire.

Services are provided for older people and for people with a learning or physical disability.

Mental health services are provided by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

‘Putting People First’ in Lincolnshire is a programme of change that will have a major impact on the support and services that the people of Lincolnshire can expect from a wide range of service providers, including Adult Social Care.
