Reduce stress in your ceremony preparations

Early checks may save you a lot of time and ‘last minute’ inconvenience of providing legal documents just before your marriage or civil partnership.

Warning! Each year, a number of couples who plan to marry or form a civil partnership make false assumptions about their legal capacity to do so.  For example, a decree nisi is not sufficient to permit a divorced person to marry or form a civil partnership; a decree absolute may be delayed.
