The Lincolnshire Carer Service is provided jointly by Lincolnshire County Council, the Customer Service Centre, and Carers FIRST.
If you provide unpaid help and support to a family member, friend, or neighbour then you are a carer.
You are a carer if you regularly do daily tasks for someone, or look after friends or family without getting paid.
We know that you are committed to your caring role but we believe that carers also have a right to a life of their own.
Young carers care for a family member or friend in an unpaid capacity, enabling them to live more independently.
