Lincoln Register Office is located within a magnificent listed building built in the 19th century as a home for the Bainbridge family.
The Bainbridge Suite Ceremony Room is tastefully decorated with oak wall panelling. French windows lead out to an attractive lawned and terraced garden.

From 1 April 2025 ceremonies will no longer be held in the Bainbridge Suite. They will be held in our new ceremony room. For more information, view Lincoln Register Office - Orchard House.

- Availability
- You Plus Two ceremonies available on specific Mondays each month. Sapphire Ceremonies (up to 10 guests) available one Tuesday per month. Ruby Ceremonies available Wednesday to Saturday.

- reception area for drop ins and appointments
The guest reception area is accessed through the side entrance. Disabled access is also available through the side reception entrance for ceremony guests.
- Parking

Pay and display parking is available in Grantham Street, Flaxengate.
The car park opposite our offices on Danesgate is only available on weekends and bank holidays as a pay and display car park.
- Opening times

The Register office is open for private citizenships, all registrar appointments and general enquiries.
Access to the Register Office is located via Danesgate as there is no access from the front of the building on Lindum Road.
Open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturdays by appointment only.
