If a Notice of Marriage is required we will ask that your marriage notice appointments be made after 31 December 2020 if your ceremony is due to take place on or after 1 March 2021.
For ceremonies due to take place before 1 March 2021 notice appointments may now be made.
If you choose to postpone or cancel a booked ceremony, you must email [email protected] to inform us of your decision.
We will then contact you to obtain more details.
Any ceremonies held at this time are now subject to governmental restrictions placed on guest numbers due to social distancing and the timings recommended for inside gatherings.
All guests must wear face coverings unless they are exempt. Face coverings are optional for the bride, groom or partners.
This includes all Enhanced Ceremonies in Registration Offices being transferred to Standard Ceremonies.
Ceremonies may only take place if the legal preliminaries have been completed (see Notices) which requires both parties to attend a marriage notice appointment.
