Coastal car parks

The Coastal Country Park offers parking throughout the area, for further details and information on the facilities and locations available download the Coastal Country Park Map.

Anderby Creek

  • Capacity: 20 cars plus grassed overspill area
  • Height restriction: (1.9m) applies to overspill area.
  • Facilities: Toilets open summer (1/4 - 31/10) 7am - 8pm; winter (1/11 - 31/3) 10am - 4pm

Wolla Bank

  • Capacity: 30 cars including 4 disabled spaces behind the dunes.

Marsh Yard

  • Capacity: 33 cars including 5 disabled spaces and 2 spaces for horseboxes/larger vehicles.

Huttoft Car Terrace

  • Capacity: 60+ cars overlooking the sea.

Chapel Six Marshes

  • Capacity: 33 cars including 5 disabled spaces plus overspill area.
  • Height restriction: 1.9m applies
  • Facilities: Picnic area

Overnight Parking

Byelaws prohibit overnight parking (between 10pm and 6am) at the following coastal car parks:

  • Anderby Creek
  • Wolla Bank
  • Marsh Yard
  • Moggs Eye
  • Huttoft Car Terrace
  • Chapel Six Marshes

These byelaws are made under section 164 of the Public Health Act 1875, making it is a criminal offence to park overnight. They will be monitored and enforced by Lincolnshire County Council with the help of police. Anyone deemed to be parking overnight may be liable for prosecution.

Overnight parking permits are available to sea anglers on the condition that vehicles are less than 1.9m high and they are not slept in.

To request an overnight parking permit, email countryside_access@lincolnshire.gov.uk, including your name, address and telephone number. It may take 14 days to receive your permit.
