Online safety - personal information for primary students

The internet is a fantastic resource and tool where our children can learn, have fun and socialise. However, the internet like anything else can also put our children at risk. We want to help you to keep them safe, while also allowing them to explore and learn.
Attached below is an easy activity to use with children aged 8-11.  It will get them thinking about personal information and what is safe or not safe to share with others online, from pictures to live streaming through apps like tiktok.
This activity is a great starting point to open up discussions.  It will help your children to identify the risks associated with sharing personal information with people they do not know.

Printable activities and ideas pack available whenever you need it through the attached document.
