Community panel members

Community Panel Members support young people who have committed an offence to take responsibility for their actions and change their behaviour at our Community Panel Meetings. Panels are important to the Criminal Justice System as they involve working with young people, their parents and victims. You will talk and listen to key people and agree a plan of action with the young person to prevent future offending.

You will need to prepare for and sit on a Panel approximately once a week. You will need to be able to commit to 12-months of volunteering following training.

DBS checks will be made where necessary.
