Investigate Learning

We want you to get involved and share your passion for learning about heritage, arts and culture.

The learning team works across the cultural sites and delivers workshops, guided tours and holiday events.

If you are 16 or older and looking for something new and gain some experience in heritage learning, try joining the Investigate Learning Team.

Schools, families, and community groups all visit the sites for sessions with the learning team, so you would be contributing to ensuring they have a fantastic time!

Whether it’s being a medieval archer, walking the castle walls, marching Roman style, or learning about Victorian life, the team delivers a range of history-themed workshops and our creative arts offers at the Usher Gallery.

We even have our gardening project at the Museum of Lincolnshire Life!

There is a wide range of exhibitions and fascinating museum collections to enjoy. We are looking for cheerful volunteers who have a sense of fun to support the participants—making their day as memorable as possible.

Our friendly team will provide you with the training you need.

To find out more about specific roles available, look at the Investigate Learning website or send us an expression of interest.
