Adult Care recruitment
There are countywide opportunities to work within adult social care. There will be an even greater call for more people to work in the sector as our aging population grows in Lincolnshire.
Lincolnshire is a fantastic place to live and work. The county’s range of urban and rural communities makes it interesting and diverse. It also presents a unique challenge to meet the care and support needs of people across a large and dispersed geographical area.
There are many rewarding opportunities to work in a variety of adult social care roles and settings. This could be working directly for Lincolnshire County Council or with one of the many partners or care providers that we commission. People working in adult social care benefit from flexible working patterns, excellent career progression opportunities and first rate learning and industry leading professional development programmes.
For those already working in care there are clear routes for career development; whether you want to develop in your role as a care worker, or move into management, social work, occupational therapy or nursing. Many community care officers, nurses and social workers often began their careers as carers, giving them a strong grounding to pursue professional qualifications later.
