The LCC Employment Manual is arranged into a number of sections and covers a range of subjects.  You can either select the section you require below or search for the document you require through the A-Z list of Policies and Procedures..

Information about employment terms and conditions such as holiday entitlement, sickness benefit, notice periods can be found in the Local Scheme of Conditions of Service, with the Terms and Conditions section.
