Complaints procedure

The Lincolnshire Road Safety Partnership is a nationally-approved service provider for the National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme (NDORS/UKROEd).

Our courses include:

  • National Speed Awareness Course
  • National Motorway Awareness Course
  • National Driver Alertness Course
  • What’s Driving Us?
  • Driving4Change
  • RIDE

If you wish to complain about the level of service received for any course, speak with a member of staff at the training centre first.

If you are not satisfied with the response, or the issue cannot be resolved, contact the road safety service delivery manager by emailing staying.alive@lincolnshire.gov.uk.
