Lincolnshire County Council strives to provide high standards of service to its residents and customers at all times. We greatly appreciate your feedback as it enables us to ensure that this standard is maintained or improved if necessary; it also allows us to pass on praise or thanks to our employees where appropriate.

Once we receive your compliment, we will send you an acknowledgement within 5 working days to let you know that the feedback has been forwarded to the person or people concerned.

How to record a Compliment:

  • Complete the on line feedback form here
  • Call the Customer Service Centre on 01522 782060
  • Visit your local Community Access Point
  • Put the details in writing making sure you include your name and full postal address and send to: Lincolnshire County Council, Corporate Feedback, PO BOX 841, Lincoln, LN1 1ZE
  • Fax the details of your complaint to 01522 516137

Confidentiality

We appreciate there may be reasons why you may wish to remain anonymous when complimenting Lincolnshire County Council. However please be assured that we treat all compliments in the strictest confidence. If you do not provide us with your details we will pass your compliment onto the relevant service area manager but will not be able to provide you with a response.

Lincolnshire County Council safe guards all personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Your information will only be shared with those parties involved in your compliment.
