Sausage Festival

Each October the Lincoln Sausage Festival celebrates the county’s most iconic export, with visitors tucking into more than 30,000 individual sausages on the day. Free entry for children, £1 for adults.

Milling Days

Cogglesford Watermill, East Road, Sleaford, NG34 7EQ. Visitors can see the mill in operation during special milling days on the second Sunday of the month. Learn about the history of the mill and its millers, try grinding grain and explore the mill. Free admission. / 01529 413671

RSPB birdwatching cruises

15 Aug - 27 Oct, various times
Departs from Boston Marina along the River Witham and into The Wash, PE21 9JU. The Wash Cruises on The Boston Belle run from May until October and provide interest to the avid birder and anyone with a general interest in wildlife. Lincoln craft markets

The Country Crafts Association actively promotes the skills and excellence of the numerous local artists and crafters from Lincolnshire and the East Midlands. Markets will be taking place in City Square, Cornhill, and Lower High Street.

South Lincolnshire Walking Festival

Wolds Words Festival

A festival that celebrates the rich, diverse and unique culture of rural Lincolnshire. There will be workshops, talks and events covering literature, heritage, arts and crafts and performance. Admission costs are dependent on the activity.

Spires and Steeples Challenge
