In the majority of cases agendas and reports for council meetings are available for inspection by the press and public five clear working days before a meeting.
Agendas and reports can be made available in audio, Braille or large print, or in another language. Translations and advice in other languages is available through our special TalkBack phone numbers featured on our homepage.
As part of the drive to create better access to the county council you can view live or archived meetings of full county council meetings via the Internet.
From here you can view and listen to the latest Lincolnshire County Council full council meetings from the comfort of your own home or office. You can also view any archived full council meetings and access any documents or presentations associated with the webcasts by following this link.
Meetings of the county council, Executive, Committees and Sub-Committees are open to the public except when “exempt” items are to be considered. Very few items are exempt, and they are listed in the “Access to Information Procedure Rules” in the Council’s Constitution.
