Traffic restrictions for work on new student accommodation in Lincoln

Temporary road closures and a parking bay suspension are to affect Beaumont Fee, Park Street and Mint Lane, Lincoln.

Roadworks

Park Street will be closed

The measures are necessary to allow work on IconInc’s new £20 million student accommodation development to take place safely.

From 8 January 2018, Park Street will be closed between the junctions with Mint Lane and Beaumont Fee. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Mint Lane will remain open, but the existing disabled parking bays will be suspended for the duration of the works.

A lane closure will also be in place on Beaumont Fee as and when required between 9.30am and 3.30pm. The restrictions will remain in place for approximately 80 weeks. Businesses operating in the area will remain open as normal.

If you have any questions on how the road works may affect you, please contact the contractor, Broadley Group, via www.broadley.co.uk.
