Boston - Old Leake Children's Centre

Our well-resourced and welcoming centre is inside to the Old Leake Primary School and offers many services and opportunities for families with children of 0 - 5 years.

As well as lots of play and fun activities for children, Old Leake Children’s Centre is committed to supporting parents and carers regardless of background or family circumstances, offering information and support from professionals working in a wide range of fields such as health and early years. We have a busy and exciting program of events and this includes activities, which increase the involvement of fathers. Our Early Years sessions are delivered be The Pre-School Learning Alliance. We have access to Support for Children with Additional Needs at every centre. Please contact the Customer Service Centre on 01522 782111 to book an appointment. For more information click on the link in our related pages section for printable information

You can access the Centre via the shared reception area located at the front of the school. We have no designated parking area and share the car parking area with the school. As we are situated on school grounds, the car park can get busy from 8.45am – 9.15am and 2.30pm – 3.30pm because of school opening times.

A chance for you and your child to play together and discover a range of different play activities which promote independence, confidence and social skills. Suitable for children aged 0-5 years old.

10:00 - 11:00 TOP TIPS at 3 - 4 months - 19th March

Run by NHS Family Health Workers. Topics covered include, Weaning, Immunisations, Oral Health and Dental Care, Accident prevention, Minor illnesses and Healthy Living. To book a place on this FREE session please contact 01205 872258.


10:00 - 10:45 Rhyme time for Children 0 - 5 years

Held at Boston Library
Sessions use rhyme and songs to promote early communication in a fun and interactive session. No need to book and all FREE

13:00 - 14:00 Learning Through Play

This drop in session provides a variety of activities for children to explore supporting children’s changing needs and interests, the session offers an opportunity for parents, carers and children to discover and explore a wide range of play activities together, encouraging children’s independence, confidence and social skills. 0-5 years.


09:00 - 16:30 ESCO Clinic for parents/carers of a child with a disability.

Getting to know your baby and becoming a parent, preparation for labour and birth, caring in the early days, feeding and knowing baby’s first language This is a rolling programme so you can join whenever you like. Please contact the centre to book your place
