SCoRE Renewal
Becoming a SCoRE school is a fantastic achievement but it is only the beginning!
Once your Lincolnshire Carbon Ambassadors have completed the programme, you will be sent a SCoRE logo via email which is valid for one year. To apply for your new logo a year after completion, you must fill in this form - please complete all areas and attach the required evidence before sending to score@lincolnshire.gov.uk. Please note that there is a small charge for renewals; £1 for each badge requested and £2.60 postage.
