Joint Commissioning Framework for Children & Young People with SEN and Disabilities

Our joint commissioning approach sets out how; through integrative and collaborative partnership arrangements, Lincolnshire County Council and Lincolnshire Health Services aim to secure effective, sufficient and sustainable services for C&YP with SEND. This document sets out how Lincolnshire will strive to meet the commissioning responsibilities as set out in the Children & Families Act 2014 (Part 3) and identifies the aims and objectives that will be delivered to achieve this.
