How to contact Lincolnshire Safer Communities Trading Standards.

There are a number of ways to get in touch with Lincolnshire Trading Standards, depending on the nature of your query.

For advice please call 03454 04 05 06 Trading Standards nationally has an agreement with Citizens Advice Consumer Service to help you report a problem or obtain free, confidential and impartial advice and guidance on consumer issues.

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (excluding bank holidays and public holidays)

For business advice please call 03454 04 05 06 - Trading Standards nationally has an agreement with Citizens Advice to help you report a problem or obtain free, confidential and impartial advice and guidance on consumer issues.

If referred to Lincolnshire Trading Standards we will respond to your enquiry within 5 working days.

Complaints and Appeals

Where we take enforcement action and there is a statutory right to appeal we will tell you about this at the time.

We are always willing to discuss with you the reasons why we have acted in a particular way, or asked you to act in a particular way. You can speak to a different officer to the one who dealt with the matter originally.
