We can also undertake procurement activity on your behalf. This includes:

  • gap analysis
  • spend analysis
  • identifying possible savings

We are also experienced in providing training in procurement.

We do not deal with purchase orders, deliveries and invoicing. Each authority deals with this directly. You must contact the member of staff who made the initial purchase request.
