Compulsory Purchase Order and Ancillary Orders for the Lincoln Eastern Bypass 2014.

Lincolnshire County Council is working on a project to construct the Lincoln Eastern Bypass which will link the existing northern relief road (A158) at Wragby Road East to the A15 to the south of Lincoln.

A copy of the order and of the accompanying maps may also be seen at all reasonable hours at the offices of the acquiring authority at County Offices, Newland, Lincoln Lincolnshire LN1 1YS, at the offices of Lincoln City Council, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln LN1 1DD, at the offices of North Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, Kesteven Street, Sleaford NG34 7EF and at the offices of West Lindsey District Council The Guildhall, Marshall’s Yard, Gainsborough DN21 2NA Gainsborough

Any objection to the orders must be made in writing to the Secretary of State for Transport, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7AR before 5th December 2014 and should state the title of the order, the grounds of objection and the objector’s address and interests in the land.
