Hirebikes

Hirebike is a short term bike rental scheme in Lincoln. Bikes are available to rent across the city.

Hirebike Lincoln

Hirebike is a casual bike rental scheme in Lincoln with bikes available to rent across the city.

Launched in 2013, 100 bikes are now available to rent from 19 docking stations in Lincoln. Look out for new electric bikes coming soon and expansion in the uphill area as a result of Department for Transport Funding.

Renting a bike

Bikes can be hired 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, from the on-street docking stations.

To rent a bike, you must first become a member. There are two types of membership available:

  • Annual Membership - members will be required to pay £20 annual membership, but will benefit from cheaper hire rates
  • Pay As You Go - suitable for casual users or visitors, there is no annual membership, but slightly higher rates.
