Major urban studies
Lincolnshire County Council has identified through the Local Transport Plan to consider transport studies in some of the major urban areas.
These studies assess the current traffic and transport problems and issues in each area and then assess the possible options for future improvements or provide solutions to the problems and issues raised.
Following the transport study process a strategy will be developed which will cover an extended period of time, which will include both short and longer term improvements. This strategy will be a live document which will be endorsed by the County Council and the partner council(s).
